Flat-rate professional service fees for real estate transactions. These include document prep, printing, and drop-off.
Refinance / Purchase / Seller Package: $175.00
HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit): $125.00
Reverse Mortgage: $250.00
Loan Modification: $100.00
Secure Digital Document Upload (if Lender Required): $20.00
Paper/Printing Fee: $25.00 (Per set of documents, up to 150 pages)
Acceptable forms of ID include
State Driver’s License (Valid or issued within the last 5 years)
State-Issued ID Card

Foreign Passports (Stamped by USCIS)
Inmate ID Card (If the signer is currently in custody)
Important: The name on your document must match the name on your ID. If your ID is expired or the names do not match, please call me before our appointment to discuss alternative options (such as Credible Witnesses).

A computer, laptop, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
A strong, stable internet connection.
A valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport).
A way to receive a verification code via SMS or email.
A quiet, well-lit space where you can speak privately.

I am Heather Shaffer, a Mobile and Remote Online Notary (RON) serving our community with precision and care. With an extensive background in high-level administration and medical credentialing, I bring a sharp eye for detail and a tech-savvy approach to every document I handle.
I provide two ways to get your documents notarized, depending on what works best for you:
Remote Online Notarization (RON): Get your documents notarized securely from the comfort of your own home using your computer or smartphone.
Mobile Notary Service: If you prefer an in-person meeting, I will come to you. Whether at your home, office, or a convenient public location, I bring the service to your doorstep.

Policies & Service Fees
Notarial Fees: In accordance with Pennsylvania state law, the fee for each notarial act is $5.00.
Travel & Administrative Fees: A separate travel and administrative fee will be applied to all mobile appointments. This fee is based on the distance to the signing location and is disclosed prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failed Signings: If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing signers, lack of proper identification, or incomplete documents, a $50.00 travel fee will still be due.
Identification Requirements: All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License or Passport) at the time of service.
